1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using YoTech Academy's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on YoTech Academy's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the website
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Educational Services

YoTech Academy provides educational services including but not limited to:

• Programming and Web Development courses
• Graphic Design training
• UI/UX Design programs
• Data Analytics courses
• Cyber Security training
• Certification upon completion
• Job placement support

4. Payment Terms

All course fees are due as specified in your enrollment agreement. We offer flexible installment payment plans. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in suspension of services.

• Payment plans must be agreed upon before course commencement
• Late fees may apply for overdue payments
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN)

5. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout their enrollment. Prohibited activities include:

• Harassment or discrimination of any kind
• Sharing of course materials without permission
• Academic dishonesty or plagiarism
• Disruption of classes or learning environment
• Violation of any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, code examples, and assessments, are the intellectual property of YoTech Academy. Students may not distribute, sell, or reproduce these materials without written permission.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• Full refund within 7 days of enrollment if no classes have been attended
• Partial refund within 30 days based on classes attended
• No refunds after 30 days from enrollment date
• Refund processing may take 5-10 business days

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall YoTech Academy or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on YoTech Academy's website, even if YoTech Academy or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Modifications

YoTech Academy may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
